Home Weatherization Program – Pre-Screen Tool

To check your eligibility for the Home Weatherization Program, please complete the following form.

If you are eligible, an email will be sent to our Weatherization team and you will be contacted by an ACLAMO Weatherization Program Counselor to start the application process as soon as possible.

Please be advised that the property must be located in Montgomery County to apply for this program. Also, the home must not have been weatherized within the last 15 years. (We will check the property’s weatherization history to determine your eligibility for this program.)
