48 Years, One Mission: Empowering Our Community

ACLAMO Interim Executive Director, Beatriz Gasiba, with Pennsylvania Governor, Josh Shapiro.

Dear Friends,

I always like to say to our team, “We are ACLAMO.”

Over the past 48 years, we have celebrated our community, culture, and the great work that has helped empower our clients.

Over the past 48 years, we have also become community leaders during challenging times. We work with trusted partners, advocate for clients with government officials, and offer cultural compassion when neighbors share their concerns.

Now, we need your support before June 30 to keep building a stronger community, one child and one family at a time.

Your gift will help ACLAMO continue to provide a strong voice to our community as we face extraordinary challenges. Your gift will inspire our staff to keep working tirelessly on behalf of clients who have nowhere else to turn for help. Finally, your gift will make an impact today that will transform our community tomorrow.

Please Make a gift before June 30 so we can continue to tell everyone that “We are ACLAMO.”

Thank you and have a wonderful summer.

Beatriz Gasiba

A special thank you to Nelly Jiménez-Arévalo, Director of Immigrant Affairs at the Montgomery County Commissioners Office. Your unwavering support, passionate advocacy, and leadership were instrumental in bringing this inspiring celebration to life.

Together, we continue to build a more inclusive and welcoming Montgomery County for all.

Empowering Women:

A New Season of the Circle of Support Among Women

We started a new season of our Circle of Support Among Women sessions, six inspiring gatherings designed to foster learning, sharing, and mutual support. These sessions are tailored for moms, pregnant women, and caregivers of children under two years old.

At ACLAMO, we are always committed to uplifting and empowering our community.

Make a Gift before June 30 to show your support for these amazing moms.

Celebrating Success at ACLAMO!

Early Learning Center Pre-K Graduation

We are thrilled to celebrate a major milestone: 26 bright young learners have graduated from ACLAMO’s Pre-K program! These future scholars are ready to take the next big step in their educational journey, and we couldn’t be prouder of their growth and achievements.

At ACLAMO, we strive for excellence in everything we do. Our program is proudly 4-STAR rated, and we are honored to have recently received an impressive 6.83 out of 7 on the ECERS (Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale) — a testament to our commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education.

Our goal is to prepare children for lifelong success. Their curiosity, joy, and readiness for what lies ahead inspire us every single day.

Thank you for being part of this journey!
