Celebrating Milestones. Strengthening Community. Changing Lives

Excellence at ACLAMO Early Learning Center

At ACLAMO’s Early Learning Center, quality is not just a goal—it’s a commitment we live every day.

We are proud to share several important milestones that reflect the dedication of our team and the strength of our programs. Our center has successfully renewed its Keystone 4-STAR certification through February 2027, the highest recognition of quality in early childhood education.

We also received Pre-K Counts Inspection Approval, affirming our compliance with rigorous state standards and our commitment to providing enriching, high-quality early learning experiences.

Recent evaluations further highlight the impact of our work:

  • ECERS Score: 6.06 out of 7.00
  • CLASS (Toddler): 6.2 out of 7.00
  • CLASS (Infant): 6.6 out of 7.00

These results reflect more than numbers—they represent safe, nurturing environments where children are supported, families are engaged, and futures are built.

This level of excellence is only possible because of the trust of our families and the support of partners like you.

Honoring the People Behind the Mission

Members of the ACLAMO Board of Directors and Staff

Recently, our Board of Directors hosted a staff appreciation lunch, a meaningful moment to recognize the team that brings ACLAMO’s mission to life every day.

Across our programs, from early childhood education to workforce development, health services, and family support, our staff show up with commitment, compassion, and professionalism.

Moments like these remind us that our impact is powered by people—by a team that believes deeply in the work and in the community we serve.

We are grateful to our Board for their leadership and for standing alongside our staff in this shared mission.

Building Stronger Organizations, Together

ACLAMO was honored to participate in the Nonprofit Capacity Forum hosted by the Pottstown Regional Community Foundation.

This gathering brought together nonprofit leaders to reflect on the challenges we are all navigating, funding uncertainty, staffing pressures, and growing community needs, and, more importantly, to explore solutions together.

Collaboration is essential to our work. By learning from one another and sharing strategies, we strengthen not only our organizations but the communities we serve.

Youth Finding Their Voice: ADELANTE in Action

Over the past several weeks, ADELANTE students have been doing more than learning; they have been finding their voice. Through conversations on identity, civic engagement, and leadership, students explored how their experiences shape who they are and how they can create change in their communities.

In partnership with Ursinus College, students engaged in dialogue, creative expression, and storytelling, including podcast reflections that amplify their voices and perspectives. These experiences are helping young people build confidence, think critically, and see themselves as leaders.

ACLAMO’s Advocacy Corner

Advocacy in Action: Empowering Families

At ACLAMO, we believe that strong communities are built when families have the tools and confidence to advocate for themselves.

Through our ACLAMO Advocates: Ambassadors for Education, parents recently participated in a Power Mapping session, gaining practical strategies to navigate systems, build influence, and advocate for their children’s education.

In addition, families engaged in a session on Pennsylvania’s proposed state budget, helping them better understand how policy decisions impact local schools and opportunities for their children.

This is how we build community power: by equipping families with knowledge, voice, and agency.
